When you’ve got multiple hoists on-site, coordination usually relies on shouting or luck. SmartHoist replaces that chaos with real-time, intelligent synchronisation.

Just like Uber dispatches the nearest car, SmartHoist automatically assigns the hoist that can respond fastest.

All call buttons are connected across all hoists. When a worker places a call, the system sends the call to the hoist which is best positioned. No manual canceling, no miscommunication.

SmartHoist Next Floor Algorithm

Once a hoist stopped, the next big question is: “Where should the hoist go next?” Most sites leave that to the operator’s choice or who shouts loudest.

SmartHoist does it smarter: The Next Floor Algorithm works like Google Maps but for vertical logistics.

It automatically plans the most efficient route for the hoist. The hoist driver simply follows the system’s clear visual prompts saving time and reducing friction.

No Calls or
Do Not Disturb

When a hoist is full, handling a delivery, or temporarily out for maintenance, the last thing you want is more calls flooding in. With Do Not Disturb, SmartHoist automatically sends the calls to the available hoist without manual intervention.

Call Reminders

Sharp reminder sounds ensure that no calls are missed, especially useful in morning rush or loud environments.

Wind Sensor
with Display Alerts

Mounted directly on the hoist, SmartHoist measures live wind speed at the cage. Not from a city feed, but exactly where it matters.

If conditions become unsafe, the system triggers a full-screen in-hoist alert: “Wind Alert”

The hoist driver always sees real-time wind data, helping the team make informed, on-the-spot decisions.
